Back from two excellent days in Lyon (France) where I attended the 2009 edition of the Journées du Logiciels Libre.

As usual, the French Mozilla community was there and formed a pretty big lot (how many were we? Between 18 and 20 if I remember correctly! Please correct me if I'm mistaken)

It was my first JDLL event, and I'm happy I could finally attend. Most of the community had already been there at least once, since it's quite a "famous" open source event, and an ideal opportunity to gather, discuss ideas and projects, and of course have fun.

There were a few booths dedicated to different Mozilla communities and projects: xulfr, KompoZer (by the way, did you try out the new beta yet?), Fennec, Women & Mozilla...

At the WoMoz booth, we had the pleasure of presenting and explaining this project to interested and just plain curious people. Thanks to Julia, Sonny and Vivien for your help with manning the booth.

To put things briefly, I really enjoyed this event. Can't wait 'till next year!

And an enormous thanks to long-time community members Flore and Bobo - who had to endure us during three days (only 2 for some...)
